教学情况简介

近五年主讲课程,主持或参与教学研究项目、本科教学工程项目、获得教学奖励及教学成果奖等

教学工作认真负责,教学任务包括英语专业基础英语、学科导论课、商务英语口语、2014年国培班系列讲座,2013-2016长江大学青年教师岗前培训专题讲座以及英语研究生学术交流英语、专门用途英语等。年教学工作量达到500学时以上,教学效果良好。荣获2013年度和2014年度长江大学教学质量优秀奖。

忠诚党的教育事业,思想政治素质良好,治学严谨,具备良好的职业道德,具有奉献精神,坚持教书育人,关心学生全面发展,作为班主任,坚持以小组或者个人约谈的形式和学生进行积极沟通。热情、耐心倾听学生在学业、心理以及家庭方面的诸多困扰;激励、鼓舞学生在学业发展、能力培养方面取得长足进步。班主任工作卓有成效,所带的英语11203班被评为2014年度长江大学标兵班集体。个人荣获2015年度长江大学“标兵班主任”称号。
